We’re dive with Taiwanese guest to shimoji (2 OCT)

Today, We went to Shimojijima for 3 boat diving.

Dive 1 Antonio Gaudi
There are lots of Redtoothed triggerfish under the boat.
Antonio gaudi is the topography such as maze. There is also a topography that looks like a heart. We saw Red Lion Fish at the bottom of the sea.

Dive 2 Marine Lake
Here is a dive site with 2ponds. We went surface in 1 pond in it. The pond is fresh water mixes with seawater.
The light of the sun shows very fantastic world to us.

Dive 3 Devil’s Palace
The “Devil’s Palace” is the most famous dive site in Miyakojima.
Beam of light to entering in an entrance and main palace is very beautiful.

Diving with the guest from Taiwan (1 Oct)

1 October 2016 Weather:Sunny　Air Temp:32℃　Seawater Temp:29℃

We came to SHimojijima for 3 boat diving with the guests from Taiwan.
They’re a schedule for 3 days, but a typhoon approaching.

Dive1 Nakanoshima Hole
The sun light entering in the hole is very beautiful today.
A lot of light of torch of the guest becomes potholing feeling.

Dive2 Mini Grotto
The sun light entering the pond is very fantastic.

We went surface in the pond.

Dive3 Hon Drop
We saw many Giant Trevally, Green Turtle, Square spot fairy basslet, Clown anemonefish, Clark’s anemonefish, Tomato anemonefish, Pyramid butterflyfish and a lot of fish.

Night diving with a sister from the United States (22,July)

22 July 2016 Weather:Sunny　Air Temp:30℃　Seawater Temp:30℃　Wind:NW

We departed again and went to Night diving.
A dive site is “Snake hole” in Irabujima.

We saw many parrotfish, but wasn’t covered with a membrane.

It was possible to see a lot of shrimps and crab in the coral.
A small blue-ringed octopus was also seen.
However I didn’t know whether it’s octopus or cuttlefish and touched, and was surprised to notice that it’s blue-ringed octopus.
On top of the bommie saw a Spotfin lionfish.

Blackspotted puffer had very cute sleeping like a dog.

A Stonefish was seen under the boat.

A guest from Hong Kong is Refresher diving

13 July 2016 Weather:Sunny　Air Temp:32℃　Seawater Temp:29℃　Wind:SSW

We went refresher diving in Irabujima.

Dive 1　Refresh Diving
We did a skill check by refresh diving and practiced again.
We practiced a mask skill(mask clear, removing and replacing), regulator skill(blast clear and purge clear, sweep method recovery and reach method recovery), Neutral Buoyancy, Safety skill(sharing air), go down and go surface.
Firstly I checked his skill after demonstrated.

Finally, we practiced the hovering and neutral buoyancy while making an underwater tour.
He could do very well.

Dive 2　Saba Offing
The 2nd is fun diving.
Guest finishes practice of a skill and he is a relaxation mode.
He is neutral buoyancy is very good.

We saw a lot of Scssor tail sergeant.

Snorkeling
In the afternoon, we went to the beach snorkeling in Ingya Marine Garden.
He came from Singapore.
He experiences snorkeling for the first time.

We saw a lot of Blue green chromis, Humbug dascyllus, Blue devil, Moorish idol, Tomato anemonefish, Vagabond butterflyfish, Longnoose butterflyfish and beautiful coral.

Guests arriving by cruise ship from Taiwan

Today’s guest is American and the arrival of the couple in the cruise ship from Taiwan.
We went to 2 boat diving in Shimoji Island.

Dive 1　”Mini Grotto(Mini Tori Pond)”
Today’s first dive went to the mini Grotto. A lot of tropical fish under the boat.
In the entrance of the Cave we saw a lion fish.
Through the cave to go to the pond from the sea, and go to the surface of the pond.
In this pond, sea water and fresh water are mixed

We will return to the sea through the cave.
We looked at the topography of the Mercedes-Benz mark in the Cave.
Blue is very beautiful.

Dive 2　”Nakanoshima Channel”
Nakanoshima channel is the topography like a maze.
It is not good visivility, But sunlight in the tunnel is beautiful.

In the wall we saw a Clearfin lionfish.

We saw Fire dartfish, Blackfin dartfish, Tomato anemonefish, Clark’s anemonefish, Spotted prawn goby, Goldlined sea bream, Double lined fusilier, Purple mask angelfish, Sailfin triggerfish, Yellow brown wrasse, Yellowtail coris, Scssor tail sergeant and a lot of fish.
